Overview
Payroll is where small Philippine businesses quietly lose time and get exposed. The maths is not the hard part — staying on the right side of DOLE rules and BIR deadlines is, and that is what gets missed when the owner is also running the floor.
Axla Payroll puts the whole cycle in one place: timekeeping feeds the payroll run, the run produces payslips and the BIR 1601C, and the dashboard keeps the next deadline in view. It is built around regional wage rules rather than a generic template, and it can be driven by typed or spoken commands.
